Step into the season with our newly launched winter menu, designed to celebrate this season’s flavours. Discover new highlights including our Seasonal Bruschetta on white sourdough with seasonal fruit, camembert, honey, toasted pecan and fresh thyme; the Zucchini Pistachio Linguine with zucchini purée, peas, zucchini flowers, cherry tomatoes, basil and crumbed pistachio; and a delicate Pandan Coconut Pannacotta, served with pandan gel, coconut flesh and crisp mung bean—alongside a range of other new seasonal creations to explore.

We’re introducing two new ways to enjoy lunch by the water. Join us Monday to Friday for our $49 lunch offer, including your choice of daily cut or catch with a drink. Meet Tanya, our executive Chef
Tanya’s culinary journey began in Laos and has taken her from her early days as a kitchen hand after moving to Australia to becoming the Executive Chef at Pasture of Kirribilli and Pasture of Balmoral. With experience in diverse cuisines and a passion for pairing local flavours, Tanya’s creativity and leadership have already made a significant impact on our menu - delivering Australian-Asian fusion flavours!
We’re thrilled to have her at the helm and invite you to discover more about Tanya’s inspiring story and the culinary delights she’s bringing to Kirribilli and Balmoral.
